The Nostradamus Code: World War III

 World War III

In my knowledge and wisdom I think there is nothing that can be predicted. Everything happening in our present moment has been created by us. If Nostradamus has predicted anything, its being shared with each and every country, community, humanity, etc.

Nostradamus isn't known for his cheery prophecies. Most interpreters of the 16th century physician, astrologer, and prophet say he accurately predicted two world wars, the rise of two antichrists (Napoleon and Hitler), and even the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

But in that case, if we believe that then we should have been dead long ago, the cryptic message of Nostradamus has been indicating Saddam Hussain, who was supposed to be the third Anti-Christ. As such, the war that took place due to Saddam Hussain was not the worst in the history of human kind. So, I feel if we continue to believe in people who predicted something a long time ago, then we can say good bye to our present and sit awaiting our death.

But ultimately, there is a supreme power above who decides everything and knows how our lives will be. He created everything around us and he is the only one who knows when he has to end it.

So we don't have to worry because the end of the world or a world war can happen at any time in the future.those predictions just to make people aware of the consequences, if they don't change the way of their living and thinking. He rightly predicted world war 1 and 2 and especially mentioned it, because he wanted to warn people, so that they can avoid these wars, by promoting love and not hatred among themselves. But they didn't.

Nostradamus is a famous scientist and intellectual What is portrayed by him has a great deal in common with the modern world It is just a matter of equality and it is possible that Nostradamus would have predicted the state of the world at that time. And as far as the modern world is concerned, we are followers of images and we are conditional world believers.

When a stone is suddenly engraved in the form of a ly divine image we assume it and associate it with any of our gods and the media is ready to point it out to the whole world and the world does not sleep until the world brings it to life. The scene is based on various theories and God-fearing believers, who point it out to be true and God-given.

Its like we know everything, still we are just sitting and waiting for our death, instead of changing it. So friends, let us take steps to prevent world war 3. And if it is going to be for water, lets save water and do rain water harvesting and adopt other techniques, so that we can be saved because of Nostradamus prediction/ warning!

World War III is nothing but a fantasy, don't put it under pressure by our  creative mind.

Facebook needs to clarify policies on content removal

The Facebook policy on content removal needs to be clarified There have been a number of cases of data breaches and illegal sharing of users' personal reminders, resulting in online fraud and ransomware. Huge sexual and adult content is a misconception for young people in developing countries, more specifically INDIA, where 70% of young people are economically savvy. Also, being a diverse country, some fans attach an irrelevant post that creates a sense of instability within the community. Promoting fake thinking and brainwashing among consumers is one of the most important aspects of Facebook. Thus fb should update its policy according to the state of the world

We all know that FB is a social networking site through which we can communicate with millions of people, share our opinions, and gain knowledge from news feeds. This makes FB very popular among us But there is also the problem with some of the benefits FB has no exceptions As we have seen, there are a lot of people who are posting some unwanted content on FB These topics are like trolling our government, disrespecting women, spreading rumors, spreading some false news and creating divisions between two different religions. As citizens of a democratic country, we must have the right to express our views. But that doesn't mean we have the right to insult anyone. We must not disrespect anyone, any religion, no religion, no country. If we do not like the government's actions, we should not speak out against them. " Trolling a person can't solve a problem We need to find a solution to every problem FB should make it clear to us what kind of content we can post.

Some human rights activists have voiced their opposition to the system on Facebook or other social networking platforms. If the content is removed without any clarification, their movements are scraped in the early stages.

Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State.

Various groups on Facebook bring together big people from all over the country, who are starting to promote social, cultural causes.

No, in recent years many people have expressed their negative views on the famous personality drag controversy, such as the Palgar incident in 2012.

Many terrorist groups run their campaigns through Facebook ISIS spreads are somehow supported by Facebook

Various rave parties were organized through Facebook Illegal activities have also increased due to Facebook

In some cases, Facebook needs clarification in some cases where it is not needed

Digital India: Whom Does it Benefit ?

My opinion on Digital India is that in today's era, most of us are benefiting from digitalization. Here digitization means that we can do specific activities through online mode without any physical involvement. Now, we can sit in our house and do any activity within seconds. We can also transact money in a few seconds without wasting a lot of time as well as facing a large queue. We cannot go shopping in crowded markets. We can study online through this. Even, nowadays as a time of epidemic we have to stay at home, avoid public places, create social distance, it becomes a boon for us as we can do our work from home, students online. Anyone Can study by this platforms.

However, there are some problems with this as we see, especially in rural areas there is no internet facility at some places so they are not more aware of it. So the government should take steps about it. Also, many people are misusing this facilities where the internet has used excessive social media and wasted a lot of time.

Overall, in my view, digitization can be a boon for everyone if we use it in positive ways. It's totally depends on us how we use

Impact of Social Networking Sites

Social networking sites

Social networking sites have emerged as the most powerful networking medium among people these days. Nowadays people rely more on facebook, whatsapp, instagram more than face to face contact and interaction. But certainly there are some benefits which one can draw from these. It depends on how one uses these different apps. Some people use them for chatting, some use them for work purposes, some use them for posting photos and status updates and try to make themselves popular (fake popularity). But if seen from the other angle, it can be of immense help if we use it properly. Such as we can share some important documents, photos, keep contact through video calls when far away from family members. But the problem is that the young generation is getting trapped by these sites and are getting addicted. They are keeping on posting their photos all day long which are of no value. Instead if they use it for enhancing knowledge and educational purposes, then it will be of great help for them, for anyone. It is not about getting 1000 likes, it is about doing something which will add value to your life

Is Social Media Actually Connecting People?

Is Social Media Actually Connecting People

I think social media has lost its essence, the purpose for which it was initially created. It was created so that people sitting at two different corners of the world can connect. I do agree that people do get connected through it but that connection does not have any value. Nowadays on social media, people's have thousands of friends who are just there for liking, commenting in their post nothing else. Social media is connecting people on a superficial basis that doesn't have any real connection. Even people's are having a conversation with different people who are far away from them but they are losing contact who is sitting next to them. In need of help, one would get help only from their real friends who they have met personally and not from their other facebook or Instagram friends.social media really connecting us

Even social media can actually help us in connecting people if we use it in a limited and optimum manner rather than using it all day all night just for fun.

Tobacco must be banned. Yes or No.

Millions of people consuming it, getting addicted to it, damaging their body, increasing pressure on health sector, people of all age has easy access to it so might b there is no control over will of an indivisual and get influenced by their surroudings.
Suppose tobacco banned instantly what will happen?
Millions of people mostly farmers, the people earning by putting a stall beside the road and many others will loose their daily earnings, there will be a huge pressure on an indiviual and the government due to this job crisis, other than this the addicted consumers will try to find many ways to get it and there will be an increase in the black and illegal marketing, may b they shift to other drug products.
So, not banning tobacco is damaging the people every second and banning it will cause both huge merit and demerit impact. The way I think to curve it is first shifting major people from this sector to other, mass campaign of awareness and then ban the tobacco.

Mars Mission for India Justified?

Yeah, I think mars mission is good for India because of by doing this we are showing our potential to the world. We are letting them know that we have the skill set. Yeah some people say that India is just wasting their money by doing spaceship missions and India is poor country so they have to spend those money on poverty. But I think these missions helping India in improving their economic condition and a country will only become developed if their economic condition improves. And as we all know that ISRO launches the 105 spaceship last year and out of those only one spaceship was ours, so it means others countries paid us to launch their spaceships because our scientist do that at very low price. So other countries get to know about us and they will be eager to invest in our country.

Is India ready for Electric Vehicles?

I think India is still in the preparation stage for electric vehicles because.

1. The electric charging stations are not available everywhere in India except for the metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru and recently in the upcoming capital Amaravathi by KIA motors. Due to this fact they are not preferable for long distance drives.

2. Initial cost, battery cost, less no of sources for batteries, time for charging are making people not to prefer electric vehicle.

3. In order to reduce pollution in many metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai etc and make eco-friendly.

4. The government has also launched schemes like FAME (faster adoption and manufacturing of electric vehicles) I & II and sanctioned a huge sum of amount for the development of hybrid and electric vehicles by providing subsidies on electric vehicles.

5. Private organizations like Mahindra and Mahindra has also stepped forward by introducing the electric versions like Reva, e2o and by constructing many electric charging stations in the major cities.

6. Recently ola, an online cab booking service has also launched its electric vehicle project in Nagpur in collaboration with Mahindra, as a part of its mission electric programme.

7. Some private organizations are forming partnerships like Mahindra and ford, Suzuki and Toyota to make electric mobility solutions available at an affordable for the Indian consumers.

Conclusion:

Electric vehicles in India are still in the developing stage which is being promoted by the government as well as the original equipment manufacturers (automotive industry) in order to make the eco-friendly environment and cost-effective journey for the passengers.

Walmart and Flipkart Deal: Impact on Indian Economy

Walmart an international e-commerce giant has struck a deal to acquire Flipkart Pvt Ltd, an Indian e-commerce company based in Bengaluru. Walmart, the largest e-commerce giant acquired a controlling stake of 77% in Flipkart (India's largest e-commerce company by market share) by investing $16 Billion. Some experts say that the Walmart-Flipkart deal will mark a tipping point for the industry.

The Walmart deal may also have a cascading effect on other industries, catalysing investments by US companies seeking inroads into India's rapidly growing markets and increasing the flow of FDI. The investment made by Walmart would support the "Make in India" campaign by adding billions in revenue for Indian manufacturers, supporting an increase in incomes for farmers and reducing food waste by $1.2 billion annually within the next decade. Organized retail is seen as an ecosystem to support growth in domestic manufacturing, consumption and as a job multiplier.

India will now have Walmart, Amazon and Paytm Mall as the key players to compete in the Indian e-commerce market.

Positive impact on Indian economy:

Economic Growth: Walmart will expand across their vertical market which will boost output growth and increase employment opportunities. With positive business sentiments, it will be an impetus to economic growth and capitalism. The deal will be subject to tax in India so revenue gains shall add to domestic revenue receipts.

Efficient Supply Chain: Expansion of e-commerce requires an efficient supply chain and logistics which require infrastructural development. This will give a fillip to Indian agriculture and infrastructure and benefit farmers as they would be able to cater to more demand as Walmart shares its extensive experience in retailing, logistics and inventory and supply chain management. This can especially help the perishable goods industry which is Walmart's forte.

Job creation: With more investment flowing in Indian economy especially in retail space, capacity utilization shall improve. Output and productivity growth can create new employment opportunities for both skilled and unskilled labour.

Negative impact on Indian Economy:

Brick and Mortar Stores may shut down: Walmart is known for scrapping small businesses which are selling at ultra-low prices through Flipkart. Walmart may bring in its own labels with hyper-competitive prices and replace the domestic MSMEs (Medium, small and micro enterprises) which can be a threat to brick and mortar stores as they fear shut down due to competitive pressures.

The threat of Pan India Protests: Tamil Nadu Vanigar Sangankalin Peramaippu federation of traders has already warned the government of pan India protests. Many more trade unions may call for such protests which can hurt our economy, create social chaos and cause infrastructural damages.

Backdoor entry for Walmart: FDI in India allows 100% FDI in single-brand retail. Walmart is a multi-brand retail chain where 100% FDI is not allowed, so it focused only on cash and carry business. Flipkart has already circumvented such restrictions in direct selling which will be used by Walmart.

Big Data Mining: Large data of Indian shoppers will be shared with the US retail giant which may give large controls to a foreign firm can use it to control our domestic value chain in consumer goods space and buying patterns. Real-time data analysis can help in identifying the consumers & their needs better than domestic players. Therefore, there is a need to keep a system of checks and balances to avoid any instance of a data breach of Indian customers.

Role of Engineers in Disaster Management

The topic of our discussion is "Role of Engineers in Disaster Management. " We can already see that Engineers are playing an important role in disaster management. Engineers specialized in different fields implementing their knowledge to predict the danger before. Environment and weather engineers are working on weather forecasting and analyzing this to get the probability of any climatic conditions that can happen in future thereby warning the people about the destruction that can happen and how to control the situation. Engineers also get the impact of earthquakes, and it's intensity over the region. Astronomical Engineers are also analyzing the rotation of the earth and things happening on the planetary level.

So, Engineers are doing great jobs in preventing the disaster from happening, thereby reducing the loss that can occur by these disasters.

Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

which is more important creativity or efficiency

According to my view, both are equally important because creativity means transforming our ideas into the real world.

Efficiency means completing the work within time and in an efficient manner.

Creativity depends on thinking, efficiency depends on hard work.

For example:    creativity vs efficiency

You have efficiency but failed in expressing your ideas in the right way due to lack of creativity.
You have creativity but don't complete the work within time due to lack of efficiency.
What I conclude that both are important to achieve success.

Should India have a One Child Policy?

Rather than a one-child policy, India should go for not more than two child policy.

I strongly agree with the fact that increased population causes many problems but having only one child will also create some small issues. A child will not have any siblings. He/she will be unaware of the love and bonding that a sibling shares. In childhood, if jis/her parents are busy in some work and they leave the children home, he will feel very lonely, he will not have anyone to play with him/her.

In fact, in 2014 a law has been passed in some states for not having more than two children.

Having children is a family personal matter and if the government is imposing any policy then the family may also not feel good about it for one child policy but they can consider the two child policy.

Apart from this policy, proper education should be given to family especially women of the house for proper family planning. So that the population can be controlled in an affected manner.

It is predicted that by 2025 India will cross the population of China which is a matter of serious concern and something needs to be done.

So, two child policy can be accepted by families rather than one child policy.

Farmers' Income: Will India be able to double it in next 5 years?

Farming is an age-old activity that has achieved the title of the backbone of India.

Certainly, farmers income can be doubled in the coming years. First of all, let's analyze the sources of a farmer's income:

1. Crops.
2. Vegetables.
3. Dairy.
4. Flowers.

The major part of income is from cultivation. Of course increase of MSP is a viable solution but other alternatives could be providing subsidized fertilizers and seeds, encouraging scientific farming and discouraging the participation of middlemen in producing the harvested crop to the market. Government policies should focus on maximizing their reach to the farmers. Benefits of scientific farming should be made known to farmers and optimum use of the available land for cultivation should be taught. Instead of growing one crop, mixed cultivation can be given a thought so that a farmer earns money from both primary and secondary crops (flowers or vegetables) grown in the same land at the same time. Schemes like made in India can widen their scope by encouraging local handlooms and crafts and providing incentives to farmers to take up the plantation required to meet the demands of the local craft industry. Involvement of middleman can be checked by digitalization such as launching apps that directly make farmers meet their customers and are rightly paid for their judicious efforts.

The government can plan to set up dairy centres in a group of villages thus encouraging farmers to take up dairy activities and at the same time making India self-sufficient in dairy production. Schemes to provide farmers with cow 9at cheaper rates) can be a boon.

Thus with the aforementioned strategies and digitalization, we can certainly achieve the goal of increasing farmers income

Difficulties in Implementation of Climate Change Summit Resolutions

Climate change? I have certainly have no idea about this single particular topic. Because it confuses me whenever I have got to think about pollution, global warming and the change in climate. Isn't all these factors are same? if not I think there must be some interconnection between these. Cause I personally feel like all these factors are friends introduced to us by the platform of what we call technology these days. Isn't it our negligence that took it this far? all these factors like pollution, global warming, climate changes are friendly to each other factor which was okay! but this group of friends are not eco friendly which mean anti earth, someday these factors may get combined together to become a big threat to our friendly earth. These are the factors that causing us all the calamities. Lets us go to the deepest thought of mine. The disasters like tsunami earth quakes and all are being cooked by the factors "POLL GLO WAR CLI CHNG". What produces these factors? who brought us these factor let us think what on earth causes/ gives birth to these? surely it is our carelessness. Where there is not discipline, neatness for a period of time in that period of time there automatically appears the pollution and all the other crackers. It is our responsibility to keep it clean in order to reduce dust, pollution and climate changes and all. The solution begins with a simple act of common sense called keep it clean and tidy. And the technology should also become an eco-friendly one. If not there are less chances of getting rid of these bad factors and more likely chances to bring it back to form.

Gold Monetization Scheme

In my view, gold monetization is a great initiative taken by the government. In India people of most regions have a habit of buying gold as a symbol of status, as a result, there is an increase in import of gold to India every year. Gold is like static liquid it won't help for countries economic growth. Monetization helps both society and people. In the present scheme, the government is providing interest at the rate of 2.25-2.5 % depending on the period and value of gold deposited. We won't get anything if we store gold in our homes this scheme helps in getting interest from it and helps for countries GDP growth. Hence more awareness should be provided to people and scheme should be made succesful

Regional languages in India are fading out in today's world.

regional languages in india are fading out in today's world

People think it's prestige when we speak in English but when we speak in regional language like Kannada they think it's not worth for us as we have studied in convent schools but we love our language in Foreign countries like Japan, America people have using Kannada songs but in India people ignore us when we speak in Regional language. We should be proud when foreigners speak our language but in reputed we should speak english specially at times of interview as it is very necessary to get the job for our future living.
regional languages in india are fading out
At last, I end by saying English is just a language not knowledge but regional languages are our emotions. Thank you.

Should Triple Talaq be Banned in India or Not?

I am here to discuss on "should triple talaq be banned in India or not".

Triple talaq means, if one of the partners wants to separate from his life partner then he would say" talaq talaq talaq". He will be separated from his life partner without the second opinion of his wife.

I don't understand one thing that when he wants to get married to a woman then he eagerly wait for a woman to say"qubool hai qubool hai qubool hai" three times. When comes to the matter of separation he doesn't listen to a woman what she feels about his decision. Why this partiality between men and women. I strictly believe that men should realise feelings of a woman that how she would feel when she is abandoned by her own life partner who promised her that he will make her happy ever after marriage, and he will be her side when the whole world is against to her. And now he is leaving her all alone to enjoy his life.

Did she come to this guy for staying alone leaving her parents, friends, childhood behind?

Definitely No, Women have sacrificed everything for their happy life. To these women, the government has to do something which protects them.

I think that something should be "women must have equal right of agreement as men.

When they get separate". As they get the equal opportunity of the agreement while they perform marriage rituals

Will Indian economy grow faster with reduced Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

Yes, definitely. Reduction in GST on various goods and services will reduce the cost thus making the product affordable. These will lead to an increase in demand thus increasing production which in turn will make the economy grow faster. In november, government moved 270 or 280 items from the slab of 28% to 18%. These were mainly fmcg goods. After this step, fmcg sector in the country got a boost. Also, services availed in restaurants were charged 18% gst which was then reduced to 5%. This increased the number of people visiting restaurants.

Is GST really a One nation, One tax system?

Goods and service tax (GST)

Goods and service tax (GST) has really proved impressive in market. Earlier there were multiple taxes extracted from the people which was really annoying but since the introduction of GST, a single tax have been imposed on the various products thus increasing the transparency in the taxation system giving boost to our economy.
In India GST has primarily been divided into 5 slabs i.e. 0%, 5%, 12%, 18% & 28%.
And the various goods have been categorized into these slabs.
But still. There is an issue related to fuel and alcohol. Why haven't they been bought under GST. It is clearly observable that the prices of fuel are sky rocketing day by day and I guess you might know that there is nearr about (40%-50%) tax implemented on them. There for giving a good boost to economy these products need to be subsumed under GST, then only GST can be termed as one nation & one price.

Make in India vs Make for India

1st of all, I would like to explain the make in India and make for India.

Actually, make in India means the products which is manufactured is produced by our Indian companies and all employees are Indian no-one else.

By making in India India gets lots of opportunities to develop our skills our knowledge etc. And reduce unemployment persons which is the biggest problem in our country. So make in India is a good role in the improvement of our country.

Now Talking about make for India. It means the product is made by other countries and seld to our country. As we know our population is quite high so the need is also wide. So as I personally feel that some requirements should be taken from the other countries and learn from them how they are designing.

After taking a lot of space I just want to conclude my point by saying that the make in India and make for India both are required to fulfil our needs but the make for India should be the part of make in India.

Black Money in India

Earning money by the illegal way that is back money.

There is a two type of money Frist is black money and the second is white money.

White money is earned by the legal way. White money is to pay the tax of government all type of tax. Government use the tax for developing the country.

Black money is earned by the illegal way like most of the people are not paying the tax. The black money is earned by in the form of land, bike, house and etc.

In the research, the government find many people's are saved there black money they opened their account in foreign banks and lots of India currency is deposited in the foreign bank. That is not good for our country.

The prime minister Modi Ji take action against black money they changed the note of 500 hundred or 1000 in 2016. This action is very good for retrieve black money.

Black money is earned in many ways this is not good for our country and also not good for poor people they face many struggles every time anywhere. They are not good enough for paying black money.

The government has tack more action against for black money.

Future of Sports in India

Future of sports in India is bright provided some facilities being provided to the sportsperson. There are lack of infrastructure, lack of motivation, lack of support from the family and from the government.

Government should provide good facilities to the coaches and to the sportsperson. They should provide funds to them. Sometimes inspire of having talent a person is unable to perform good due to lack of sports kit, proper training, and support. There is not even a single national institution for sports which can motivate students to take sports as a career option.

I think students should be encouraged from the beginning itself about the sports, and the fame associated with it. There should be a sports period every day from the primary school itself. So that every child can play and identify their talent in sports. If the conditions in the sports field is good they can look onto sports as a career option. The poor financial condition is also one of the major cause for not having enough candidates in sports. Whenever anyone chooses sports, he /she thinks twice whether he/she can earn a living through it or not. Sometimes they are the only feeder in their family so they have to give up on their dreams. There is also politics in national sports federation, the whole funds do not reach to them.

So with this, I will like to conclude that it's not like that India doesn't have talents but it doesn't have proper facilities for the persons involving in sports. If facilities can be improved, then surely the future of sports in India is bright and shining.

Future of Crypto Currencies

Basically, what is Cryptocurrency? Cryptocurrency is the digital/virtual currency that is created for transfer of money peer to peer easily. It is a encryption by a Santosh Nakamotto in 2009.

The future of Cryptocurrency is bright in future. Because in 5year ago no one knows about Cryptocurrency but in nowadays people are aware of Cryptocurrency and also know how to transact and to operate. And many professional investors are trading in Cryptocurrency to earn more profit because profit comes from the high risk. And the price of Cryptocurrency highly fluctuates.

Every coin has a two side so Cryptocurrency currency has some merits and demerits.

Merits.
1. Secure payment.
2. Easily operate.
3. Transfer anywhere in the world.
4. Cashless economy.

Demerits.
1. Fraudulent activities happen.
2. No legal interference.
3. Minimum possibilities of refund.

What time Is the World Ready for Cashless Currency?

Since the word cashless comes in our mind after the demonetisation held by our government after a long gap of years and before that more than 50% of people do not know about it. As we know that most of the people of our country belong to rural areas and many of them do not have a bank account plus very less amount of people properly know how to use online transactions. So I think first of all it is the need of the hour to spread the proper education among others related to cashless transactions and teach them the benefits of the cashless economy system. Narendra Modi's government had taken a huge step to make India a cashless economy system but their plan was not proper and civilised. So my conclusion is it takes time for India to make a complete cashless economy system but it is not too far if this government will go in the right direction

Demonetisation has reduced the Corruption, Black Money and Terrorism?

I m glad to take an opportunity to initiate the group discussion.

Today our discussion topic is "demonetisation has reduced the corruption, black money and terrorism".

It is a current relevant topic.

As per my opinion, the concept of demonetisation is very good for reducing corruption, black money and terrorism because whole money which is in form of old notes is present with each terrorist but as demonetisation occur he/her failure to do any activity.

But if we discuss in respect of Indian demonetisation it is failed because of.

1. Improper planning - there is no planning for travellers, weddings and small-scale industries perspective.
2. RBI does not include in the planning stage.
3. Improper implementation.
4. Lack of infrastructure of updated atm in the whole country.
5. Due to done currency exchange by many bank officers.

But there are some advantages also seen by demonetisation.

1. Digitisation capture high-speed growth.
2. India is being ready for the cashless economy.

Education industry is a business these days.

Education is very important to grow and helps the country. It allows human being to understand and to face off there challenge in there manner. But now a days it's has become a business due to globalization. Education industries main motive is to earn profit. In India, education is becoming business at a vast pace. In India, people believe in grades and certificate, not that how much the child understand by heart. Whereas, In Dubai, primary and secondary education is free and it made compulsory in law. Childrens mostly prefer coaching and institution for getting higher marks, and they achieve it because they clear their concept in them. They can't get atmosphere of learning in school because they have lots of doubt. Teachers only teach what is written in book, he/she can't describe behalf of them and can't clear the concept of child. Teachers only want to complete their syllabus on time while they can't sees that how much the child understand. So according to me, the education system is prevailing into business in these days.

Whether Digital Education has taken over Traditional Education?

With the fastest growing world, technology is growing much faster. Earlier, students and professionals both were dependent on some institute, teacher and notes in order to learn a new topic or subject.

They need to dress up, spend time travelling every scheduled day at a particular hour given by the teacher to learn something new.

But, Nowadays, everything is much easier and convenient. Everything is available digitally either on youtube, where you can learn for free or buying some online courses, which has lots of advantages such as.

1- Cheaper than the coaching provided by the teachers physically teaching.
2- No extra spending on travelling including time-saving.
3- videos are accessible for a lifetime is one of the huge advantages.

So, yes!

Digital education has taken over traditional education and is more convenient for everybody who has the eager to learn more things even though he does not have sufficient money to spend,

Also for people who are busy working and cannot take out time to go for traditional education.

Impact of Technology on Jobs

With the growing demand, it is the need of the hour to introduce new technologies. When technology develops the very first thought which comes to our mind is how it will affect our life in terms of health and wealth. It is always seen, when discussed a technology we focus more of job loss. But is it really true? Let me cite some of the examples, with the introduction of wired and wireless communication although left many postman unemployed we forget the number of call centres which came up giving employment to many youngsters.

With the introduction of Ola and Uber, many auto rickshaw drivers were unemployed but the same technology gave employment to the same drivers at higher pay increasing their living standard.

A technology come in the market and remain in the market only when it is advantageous to the people. Definitely, technology has taken jobs from a few sectors but the same technology has provided job to more number of people in other sectors.

When we talk about the concept of driverless cars which will potentially create unemployment for the drivers we should also think about its success on road. Driverless cars on Indian road or in any other developing country won't be popular because of high fare. In developed countries, its impact on employment and unemployment is almost the same. So with the impact of technology, its success should also be taken care.

At last, again need of the hour is to introduce new technologies to grow business and generate employment, its not the technology creating unemployment, its the unawareness to use technology to its best. Technology do take jobs from a few sectors but the same technology provided job to more number of people in other sectors.

Making Aadhaar Mandatory: Benefits and Drawbacks

As we all know, Aadhar card has both benefits and its drawbacks.

Benefits:

1. First of all, it is used as an id proof for every citizen of India, through which government can keep all records of a person including their address, family, bank accounts, numbers, etc.

2. In case of any alert while terrorist attacks, any person from outside our nation can be identified.

3. It will help in the population count.

4. It revealed the burden of carrying all the documents.

Is the Aadhaar database secured enough?

Aadhar database is just like any other database like our email database, Facebook database and even bank account database. There are instances of hacking of every type of databases like email, Facebook accounts and even bank accounts.

The fact is that hackers are always finding new ways to hack into the most secure databases of the world. So, just as hackers are growing smarter so too cybersecurity expert must continuously work on improving the security of our databases.

Therefore Aadhar databases must continuously adapt newer security measures to ward off the growing army of hackers who are getting smarter day by day.

Also, in addition to that, I would like to add the scenario where one links his mobile number to Aadhar card. We buy a new sim etc and give our consent to Telecom companies via our fingerprints and otp to share our Aadhar details with the company. Now it is also up to the Telecom companies to provide for security measures so that hackers don't have access to our Aadhar card from the Telecom companies database.

Most of the hacking news about Aadhar card, on further investigation revealed that there was lack of security measures on the Telecom companies database.

Digital India: Whom Does it Benefit?

Digital India would change India's growth in its various sectors drastically due to its many advantages.

  • A Digital India would affect both rural and urban life. In rural area bringing in the idea of digitalisation would mean better and lesser requirement of work. If we think about the past demonetisation, though it was a huge burden for those who worked in villages, so much so that it would increase suicides, if we think about it we could have possibly avoided it if we implemented the idea of a cashless economy much earlier. In urban areas there is an increase amount of transactions via e-commerce which is highly beneficial to a country's financial growth. Digital India has taken its role in education as well, introducing various topics to students in a lively and a more innovative manner. A digital India IS and DOES play an integral role in the progress of India
